Josh walked us through everything about the sale from beginning to end. He always gave us the information and options we needed to make the right decision for us. WE’VE MOVED! Yes, and things are settling down and beginning to feel like a real home. That part we had to do. The rest was done by Josh. He was a fantastic real estate agent. We are a difficult couple who knew exactly what we wanted: I knew what I wanted, and my husband knew what he wanted! It was up to Josh to try to find us a house that had both…and he did! As he showed us house after house, being extremely flexible due to our demanding schedule, he had the calmness and patience of Job and the sense of humour to match. Josh Collins was amazing at making us not only feel comfortable as first time home buyers, but made sure we learned along they way so we could become confident home buyers.
