Josh Collins was amazing at making us not only feel comfortable as first time home buyers, but made sure we learned along they way so we could become confident home buyers. Every time we viewed a new property Josh would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. We were really blown away by his service and how he accommodated our tough work schedules. Josh was a dream to work with. He was professional, respectful, PATIENT (hello, first time home buyers), but also straight-to-the-point and realistic to our situation - qualities we really appreciated.
