We are fortunate to have chosen Josh Collins as our Realtor. We moved from Toronto and weren’t familiar with the area, however, Josh’s knowledge was extremely helpful in finding us a good location. When searching for potential homes Josh took the time to explain everything in detail and even previewed potential properties on our behalf so we didn’t have to make unnecessary trips. Josh was the realtor that helped us find our first home and wouldn't consider any other broker because of the great work he and his team does. He took the time to not only show my cottage to prospective clients but also included a tour of the lake, while introducing them to fellow cottagers.
