Josh Collins is wonderful, he went above and beyond. I highly recommend him. Josh is polite, honest, trustworthy and very understanding. He put together a lovely brochure, adequate signage and also included the listing on our lake website. He took the time to not only show my cottage to prospective clients but also included a tour of the lake, while introducing them to fellow cottagers. I was trying to sell privately; Josh reached out to me, offered to help and I'm glad he did.

WE’VE MOVED! Yes, and things are settling down and beginning to feel like a real home. That part we had to do. The rest was done by Josh. He was a fantastic real estate agent. We are a difficult couple who knew exactly what we wanted: I knew what I wanted, and my husband knew what he wanted! It was up to Josh to try to find us a house that had both…and he did! As he showed us house after house, being extremely flexible due to our demanding schedule, he had the calmness and patience of Job and the sense of humour to match. Josh Collins was amazing at making us not only feel comfortable as first time home buyers, but made sure we learned along they way so we could become confident home buyers.
