WE’VE MOVED! Yes, and things are settling down and beginning to feel like a real home. That part we had to do. The rest was done by Josh. He was a fantastic real estate agent. We are a difficult couple who knew exactly what we wanted: I knew what I wanted, and my husband knew what he wanted! It was up to Josh to try to find us a house that had both…and he did! As he showed us house after house, being extremely flexible due to our demanding schedule, he had the calmness and patience of Job and the sense of humour to match. Josh has a polite, easy manner with people and is able to read them with regards to their likes and dislikes when it comes to home buying. His interest in his client’s personal lives is not only to find a suitable house but shows his innate kindness and compassion. Josh Collins was amazing at making us not only feel comfortable as first time home buyers, but made sure we learned along they way so we could become confident home buyers. Every time we viewed a new property Josh would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. We were really blown away by his service and how he accommodated our tough work schedules.
