We are fortunate to have chosen Josh Collins as our Realtor. We moved from Toronto and weren’t familiar with the area, however, Josh’s knowledge was extremely helpful in finding us a good location. When searching for potential homes Josh took the time to explain everything in detail and even previewed potential properties on our behalf so we didn’t have to make unnecessary trips. Josh is friendly, honest, a professional in his field and played an essential part in finding our new home. We highly recommend Josh as one of the best!

Commitment and dedication are things you expect from a realtor but Josh goes above and beyond. The relationship you have with a realtor should be more like family and just understand what you need/want before you even do. From the beginning Josh, even though we had never meet until our friends introduced us, has gone above and beyond exceptions from the start. Just like family, honest when needed, trustworthy beyond words and committed completely to the cause. When you need someone in your corner Josh is the best person for the job.

It's a difficult decision, but when you get a glowing recommendation from someone that has used Josh's services, it made my decision a no brainer. I found other agents always had negative comments about others in the business. Josh only had positive things to say. Josh was willing to step in, roll up his sleeves and do physical work himself if necessary to facilitate the sale of my home. WE’VE MOVED! Yes, and things are settling down and beginning to feel like a real home. That part we had to do. The rest was done by Josh. He was a fantastic real estate agent. We are a difficult couple who knew exactly what we wanted: I knew what I wanted, and my husband knew what he wanted! It was up to Josh to try to find us a house that had both…and he did! As he showed us house after house, being extremely flexible due to our demanding schedule, he had the calmness and patience of Job and the sense of humour to match. What an awesome person to work with! The patience that he showed with us is incredible! He knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us find it...even though it took a while! We can’t say enough about how truly outstanding our experience with Josh has been. He has been extremely patient and understanding. We were searching for our forever home and it has taken us 2 years to find it.
