WE’VE MOVED! Yes, and things are settling down and beginning to feel like a real home. That part we had to do. The rest was done by Josh. He was a fantastic real estate agent. We are a difficult couple who knew exactly what we wanted: I knew what I wanted, and my husband knew what he wanted! It was up to Josh to try to find us a house that had both…and he did! As he showed us house after house, being extremely flexible due to our demanding schedule, he had the calmness and patience of Job and the sense of humour to match. Josh has a polite, easy manner with people and is able to read them with regards to their likes and dislikes when it comes to home buying. His interest in his client’s personal lives is not only to find a suitable house but shows his innate kindness and compassion. Josh Collins is wonderful, he went above and beyond. I highly recommend him. Josh is polite, honest, trustworthy and very understanding. He took the time to not only show my cottage to prospective clients but also included a tour of the lake, while introducing them to fellow cottagers. It's a difficult decision, but when you get a glowing recommendation from someone that has used Josh's services, it made my decision a no brainer.
