He put together a lovely brochure, adequate signage and also included the listing on our lake website. He took the time to not only show my cottage to prospective clients but also included a tour of the lake, while introducing them to fellow cottagers. I was trying to sell privately; Josh reached out to me, offered to help and I'm glad he did.

It's a difficult decision, but when you get a glowing recommendation from someone that has used Josh's services, it made my decision a no brainer. I found other agents always had negative comments about others in the business. Josh only had positive things to say.
