Josh Collins is wonderful, he went above and beyond. I highly recommend him. Josh is polite, honest, trustworthy and very understanding. He put together a lovely brochure, adequate signage and also included the listing on our lake website. He took the time to not only show my cottage to prospective clients but also included a tour of the lake, while introducing them to fellow cottagers.
