He put together a lovely brochure, adequate signage and also included the listing on our lake website. He took the time to not only show my cottage to prospective clients but also included a tour of the lake, while introducing them to fellow cottagers. I was trying to sell privately; Josh reached out to me, offered to help and I'm glad he did.

Josh Collins was amazing at making us not only feel comfortable as first time home buyers, but made sure we learned along they way so we could become confident home buyers.
