My husband and I can't express enough how invaluable Josh Collin's help was to us with both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old. He was extremely patient and understanding, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He provided honest and knowledgeable information about the homes we were looking at so that we always felt as if he was helping family out, not looking to close a deal. He was kind, friendly, always on time, always available, quick to respond, and gave us a huge amount of his time while we flip flopped over decisions. Josh Collins is wonderful, he went above and beyond. I highly recommend him. Josh is polite, honest, trustworthy and very understanding. He put together a lovely brochure, adequate signage and also included the listing on our lake website. He took the time to not only show my cottage to prospective clients but also included a tour of the lake, while introducing them to fellow cottagers. WE’VE MOVED! Yes, and things are settling down and beginning to feel like a real home. That part we had to do. The rest was done by Josh. He was a fantastic real estate agent.
